The editor is built so your documents never stay on the server. Files are processed temporarily, only for the duration of editing.

How we handle data

Data controller

We don't collect your data

No account is required, we use no cookies or analytics, and we don't track users. Uploaded PDF files are processed only in memory, for the duration of the request — we don't store them or make copies. The connection to the service is encrypted (HTTPS).

Server logs

The only technical data created are standard logs from our hosting provider (IP address, request time and type), generated automatically for security and reliable operation. We don't link them to your identity or to the contents of your files.

Where the service runs

The app runs on Google Cloud infrastructure (Cloud Run, region europe-west1, Belgium). Google processes the technical data above on our behalf as the infrastructure provider. We don't share data with any other parties.

Legal basis and retention

We process files based on our legitimate interest in performing the operation you request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and only for its duration. Server logs are kept for a short, necessary period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
